12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information
exchanged.
13. Termination
Notice
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Refund
Unused advance payments refunded minus 15% administrative fee.
14. Limitation of Liability
Cap
Liability limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to
the claim.
15. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
Governed by laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive
jurisdiction.
